rental and deposit fees must be paid prior to the event

* Additional charge of 25% will be added to rental amount for all events that result in monetary gains.

The Sullivan County American Legion Post #228 reserves the right
to refuse to rent the building to anyone for any reason.
Waiver of any fees at the discretion of Post #228.
